Vinyl Flooring

Vinyl flooring or Linoleum has evolved over the years. Some people say that between vinyl and laminate as a flooring choice, laminate is a clear winner. Vinyl tears easily, and requires much more preparation to install making it less popular for a home project. Vinyl also stains easily from material such as driveway sealers, kool-aid, some markers, grape juice etc. Vinyl also has a tendency to fade.

Newer vinyl products are much more durable, and many of the above concerns are somewhat abated, but are still concerns.
