the items that you wish to purchase, and they appear in the
Shopping Cart, please click Continue to Checkout. This will take
you to a page where we will ask you to provide us with your
personal shipping details. If you are a Washington State
retailer or dealer you will be able to provide us with your
Washington State Tax I.D. Number on this page. Continue on
from here to the final checkout. Make sure all items are
correct and click Submit Order for Shipping Quote. Once we receive your
inquiry, we will process a quick shipping quote and,
depending on your preference, either email you the quote or
phone you directly. And, as always, if you prefer to do all
of this directly over the phone, please call us Monday -
Saturday 8-6 Pacific Standard Time at 1-866-888-2440.
For your convenience, if your order is under $3000 we will collect
your credit card at the time you place your order to expedite shipment if and when you approve of the
total including shipping costs. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL
YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE SHIPPING COSTS.

Word About Our Shipping Quote
You will notice
that we do not automatically calculate shipping in our
shopping cart. It's not because we can't do so, it's because
we can't do so and still provide you with the best price. A
great price on flooring products is of little value to you
if the cost of delivery is high and erodes the savings found
in the price of the products. If we used a single carrier or
a contract company for product delivery we could easily
display a shipping price within our shopping cart. However,
this would substantially add to the cost of the freight and
you wouldn't realize much in the way of cost savings.
Because we have contracts with several different national
and regional freight companies, each with specialized
delivery systems and, because we ship a lot of product we
are able to offer substantially lower rates on shipping and
delivery. You're here because you want to save money and we
want to make sure that you do!
